SDSU Swipe Out Hunger: Meal Block Request Application Fall 2024

Thank you for your interest in the Swipe Out Hunger meal program at South Dakota State University. Swipe Out Hunger is a program that helps students who are experiencing food insecurity by connecting them with donated meal swipes which can be used at Larson Commons only. Food insecurity is defined as not having access to sufficient food, or food of an adequate quality, to meet one's basic needs. With limited resources, it is asked that only those that are facing food insecurity fill this form out. If you are a current SDSU student experiencing food insecurity, please fill out the following application to request meal swipes from the Swipe Out Hunger program. The form can be filled out only once each semester. Information provided in this application will not be shared with others. A professional staff member will review the application and the information will remain confidential.
